Diplomová práce se zabývá psychohygienou učitele na 1. stupni. V teoretické části se dostaneme přes problematiku stresorů, stresu, syndromu vyhoření až k významu psychohygieny. Protože tato část platí nejen pro učitele, ale i pro celou populaci, je její závěr věnován specifikům učitelské profese a učitelům na 1. stupni. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the psychohygiene of a teacher at the first level. In the theoretical part we get through the issue of stressors, stress, burnout syndrome to the importance of psychohygiene. As this part applies not only to teachers, but also to the entire population, its conclusion is devoted to the specifics of the teaching profession and teachers at the first level.
