Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se seznamujeme s mikroskopií skenovací sondou a metodami z ní odvozené. Jednou z těchto metod je mikroskopie atomárních sil, ze které je odvozená i Kelvinova silová mikroskopie. Na ni je i tato práce zaměřena. V experimentální části se nejprve snažíme najít nejvhodnější parametry pro zobrazení malých struktur na referenčním vzorku. Poté zjišťujeme velikosti nanostruktur pomocí …more

In this bachelor thesis we study the scanning probe microscopy and methods derived from it. One of these methods is the atomic force microscopy, from which the Kelvin force microscopy is derived, on which is this work focused on.
