Abstract:

V této diplomové práci se zaměří na bariéry podnikání v Rusku. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat hlavní problémy podnikání, představit podnikům možná řešení těchto problémů. Teoretická část se bude zabývat vysvětlením sankcí, které jsou kladeny na Rusko, jejich dopady na ekonomiku a také detailním zkoumáním sociálně-ekonomické a geopolitické situace, ve které se Rusko momentálně nachází. Předmětem praktické části bude zvážení stávající ruské průmyslové společnosti v kontextu současné ekonomické a politické situace. Význam tohoto problému spočívá v tom, že téměř každá společnost v Rusku utrpí ztráty kvůli sankcím uvaleným na největší důsledky země: obrovská změna měnových a dovozních omezení. Všechny tyto aspekty jsou překážkou úspěšného podnikání nejen v Rusku, ale kdekoli jinde. K získání informací budou použity akademické zdroje. Budou také vyhodnocovány a interpretovány údaje dostupné od společnosti: účetní závěrky a mezinárodní smlouvy. Argumenty budou podpořeny také rozhovory s ředitelem společnosti. V závěru budou navržena doporučení k úpravám a případným změnám ve společnosti, podle obdržených údajů z výzkumu

Abstract:

In this diploma thesis there will be focus on barriers of doing business in Russia. The main purpose is to identify the major problems of doing business, introduce the possible solutions to these problems for enterprises. Theoretical part will deal with explaining of the sanctions that are placed on Russia, their repercussions on economy, and also with examining in detail the socio-economic and the geopolitical situation in which is Russia placed at the moment. The object of practical part will consider the existing Russian based industrial company in the context of current economic and political situation. Relevance of this problem is that almost every company in Russia incurs loses because of sanctions imposed to the country biggest consequences being: the tremendous change in currency and import restrictions. All of these aspects are barriers to successful business operation not only in Russia but anywhere else. Academic sources will be used to obtain information. Data available from the company will also be evaluated and interpreted: financial statements and international contracts. The arguments will also be supported by the interviews with the Director of the company. In the conclusion recommendations will be proposed for adaptations and possible changes in the company, according to received data from the research.
