Tato diplomová práce se zabývá motivací k učení u žáků druhého stupně na základních školách ve Zlínském kraji, konkrétněji v motivaci zjišťuje poměr mezi potřebou úspěšného výkonu a potřebou vyhnout se neúspěchu. This thesis deals with the motivation to learn of second grade pupils in primary schools in the Zlín region, more specifically in motivation it investigates the relationship between the need for successful performance and the need to avoid failure.
