Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bude zaměřit se na to, jak poskytnout příslušné kroky směrem k zakládání koučink organizačních kultuře. Zaměření jak přeměnit současné organizační kultury na koučovací jak měnit manažery na kouče. The main aim of the thesis will be focused how to provide applicable steps towards establishing to coaching organizational cultures. The aimed steps how to transform the current organizational cultures into coaching one, and with how to change managers into coaches.
