The work is focused on the development activities of selected municipalities, which are incorporated in the micro-region Teplý Vrch. Práca bola inšpirovaná mikroregiónom Teplý Vrch nachádzajúci sa na Slovensku. Práca je zameraná na rozvojové aktivity vybraných obcí, ktoré sú začlenené v mikroregióne Teplý Vrch. Tieto obce som vybral na základe veľkosti a významu obce. V obciach som viedol kvalitatívne rozhovory s predstaviteľmi obce ako teréne šetrenie, výsledkom bola SWOT analýza. Teóriu som čerpal z kníh.
