Project House Children and Youth in Prague 3 of the submitted studies

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení domu dětí a mládeže v Praze 3 nedaleko Žižkova náměstí. Na parcele číslo 47. Stavba je obklopena ze severní, jižní a východní strany zástavbou o několika nadzemních podlažích. Je tak kryta proti povětrnosti a ruchu ulic. Obklopuje ji také množství vzrostlé zeleně. Ze západní strany je otevřena a z ní je také napojena na komunikaci. Ta má číslo 1558/2 a tato ulice se jmenuje Radhošťská. Dům je jednopodlažní, nepodsklepený, obdélníkového půdorysu o rozměrech 25,8 x 11,8 m. Střecha z fóliové krytiny je plochá s přesahem a sklonem 3° a 5°, orientována svou kratší stranou rovnoběžně s osou přilehlé ulice. Stavba je založena na základových pasech s krčky ze ztraceného bednění. Stěny jsou tvořeny dřevěnou rámovou konstrukcí vyplněnou minerální vatou a zakryty z obou stran sádrovláknitými deskami. Obvodové stěny jsou ještě doplněny fasádním polystyrénem. Dřevěné střešní vazníky krovu tvoří současně vodorovnou nosnou konstrukci objektu. Zajímavé na této stavbě je, že zde jsou po celém obvodu objektu okna, což není zcela běžné. Stavba slouží k zabavení dětí a mládeže v jejich volném čase. K tomu také slouží navržená sportoviště v zahradě. V objektu se nachází herna, herna s kuchyní, multifunkční místnost, 3 sklady, 2 WC pro děti a 2 pro zaměstnance, úklidová místnost, konzultační místnost, 2 kanceláře celkem pro 8 osob, denní místnost, atrium, šatna. Zastavěná plocha činí: 287,5 m2 Objemově stanovená přibližná cena: 1437,5 m3 x 4000 Kč/m3 = 5 750 000 Kč Termín zahájení: březen 2018 Termín ukončení prací: září 2019

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the building permit of the children and youth house in Prague 3 near Žižkova Square. On the parcel number 47. The building is surrounded by the north, south and east side of the building with several above-ground floors. It is covered against weather and noise from the street. It is surrounded by a lot of greenery. It is open from the west side and it is also connected to communication. It has the number 1558/2 and this street is called Radhošťská. The house is a one-storey, non-cellar, rectangular ground plan with dimensions of 25.8 x 11.8 m. The foil roof is flat with an overhang and a slope of 3 ° and 5 °, oriented with its shorter side parallel to the axis of the adjacent street. The construction is based on the foundations build from the lost formwork. The walls are made of a wooden frame structure filled with mineral wool and covered on both sides with gypsum fiber boards. The perimeter walls are also complemented by a polystyrene facade. The wooden roof trusses of the truss form simultaneously a horizontal supporting structure of the building. Interesting in this building is that there are windows around the perimeter of the building, which is not quite common. The building serves to seize children and young people in their free time. It also serves designed sports grounds in the garden. There is a games room, a games room with a kitchen, a multifunctional room, 3 storage rooms, 2 toilets for children and 2 for the staff, a cleaning room, a consulting room, 2 offices for 8 persons, a day room, an atrium, a cloakroom. The built area is: 287.5 m2 Volume estimated approximate price: 1437.5 m3 x 4000 CZK / m3 = 5,750,000 CZK Start date: March 2018 End of works: September 2019
