Návrh opatření ke zlepšení stavu městské hromadné dopravy v Písku

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se, pomocí dotazníkové metody, věnuje analýze současného stavu městské hromadné dopravy v Písku, který se za posledních několik let výrazně zhoršil. K tomuto stavu přispělo hned několik faktorů. Asi nejvýznamnějším z nich je několikaletý ekonomický růst a s ním spojená potřeba zlepšení infrastruktury ve městě a rozšiřující se městské průmyslové zóně. Současný stav infrastruktury tyto požadavky bohužel nereflektuje. Dalším významným vlivem na zhoršení dopravy v Písku je změna životního stylu a návyky obyvatel. Lidé při každodenním dojíždění do práce a na úřady stále častěji upřednostňují svá osobní a služební motorová vozidla na úkor využívání městské hromadné dopravy, což způsobuje časté dopravní komplikace. Na základě těchto poznatků je navržena změna jízdních řádů veřejné hromadné dopravy, vzhledu zastávek, vhodnější typ autobusů a zvýšení informovanosti cestujících. Cílem této práce je navrhnout možnosti úprav systému veřejné hromadné dopravy, zlepšení dopravní situace a kvality života obyvatel města Písek.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis, using the questionnaire method, is devoted to the analysis of the current state of public transport in Písek, which has deteriorated significantly in the last few years. Several factors contributed to this situation. Perhaps the most important of these is the many years of economic growth and the associated need to improve the citys’ infrastructure and the expanding urban industrial zone. Unfortunately, the current state of infrastructure does not reflect these requirements. Another significant impact on the deterioration of transport in Písek is the change in lifestyle and habits of the population. People are increasingly favoring their personal and business motor vehicles at the expense of the use of public transport in daily commuting to work and to the authorities, causing frequent traffic complications. Based on these findings, it is proposed to change the timetables of public transport, the appearance of stops, more suitable type of buses and increase the awareness of passengers. The aim of this work is to propose possibilities of modification of public transport system, improvement of traffic situation and quality of life of inhabitants of the Písek town.
