Individual planning at the shelter for families with children

Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o individuálním plánování v azylových domech pro matky s dětmi. Podstatou teoretické části této práce je přiblížit teorii individuálního plánování obecně i ve specifickém azylovém domě. V práci se také zaměřují na aktuální situaci azylových domů pro kompletní rodiny s dětmi v moravskoslezském kraji. Aplikační část práce slouží k porovnání teorie s praxí a to zejména v obsahu individuálního plánu. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení individuálního plánu z hlediska užitečnosti pro uživatele služby. Práce na svém konci také obsahuje doporučení, jak je možné pracovat s klientkou, která využívá opakovaně stejné sociální služby.

Abstract:

This text is about an indivdidual planning in the shelter for mothers with children. The main idea of a theoretical part of this thesis is to explore a theory of individual planing in social servises and also in concrete shelter for mother with children. This text also focused on an actual situation of the shelter for complete famileis with children in moravskoslezský region. The part of aplication used to compare a theory and a practise in a content of individual plan. Outcome of this text is an evaluation of an individual plan in a meaning for users of the social services. At the end of this thesis is a recommendation how to work with a user which use the same social services over and over.
