Specifics of adaptation of two-year-old children

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky vzdělávání dvouletých dětí v běžné mateřské škole. V teoretické části popisuje dovednosti dítěte s oporou vývojové psychologie. Podrobněji se zabývá socializací a rolí rodiče, učitele a sourozence v životě dítěte. Z jejich úhlu pohledu také shrnuje přínosy a rizika začleňování dvouletých dětí do mateřských škol. Zhodnocení vývoje adaptace několika vybraných dětí obsahuje praktická část. S využitím kvalitativního výzkumu s oporou v případové studii je porovnán názor učitelek a rodičů na rozvoj jejich potomků během půlroční docházky do předškolního zařízení. Rozhovor vedený s učitelkami poukazuje na situace během dne, které mohou být pro dítě obtížné. Zahrnuje také přeměnu třídy před nástupem dvouletých dětí. Výsledkem práce je porovnání názorů rodičů a učitelek na rozvoj vybraných dětí, které jsou shrnuty v závěrečné zprávě.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of education of two-year-old children in a common kindergarten. The theoretical part describes the child's skills with the support of developmental psychology. It deals with socialization and role of parent, teacher and sibling in child's life. From their point of view, it also summarizes the benefits and risks of integrating two-year-olds into kindergartens. Evaluation of the development adaptation of several selected children contains a practical part. Using qualitative research supported by a case study, teachers 'and parents' opinions on the development of their offspring during the six-month attendance at pre-school facilities are compared. The interview with teachers points to day-to-day situations that can be difficult for a child. It also includes class conversion before joinig of two-year-olds. The result of this work is a comparison of parents 'and teachers' opinions on the development of selected children, which are summarized in the final report.
