Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je problematika bezpečnostní situace s konkrétním zaměřením na město Kladno. Aktuálnost tématu vychází z informací a statistik souvisejících s výzkumy a projekty realizovaných ze strany města Kladna a Policie České republiky. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vytvoření uceleného náhledu na diskutovanou problematiku prostřednictvím definování základních pojmů, jako je bezpečnost, kriminalita nebo veřejný pořádek. Pozornost je věnována i popsání analyzovaného území a vymezení oblastí rozvoje města. Dále je teoretická část zaměřena na vývoj kriminality a na definování možných faktorů ovlivňujících tento vývoj. Teoretická část je zakončena řešením preventivních strategií v oblasti bezpečnosti a popisu jejich realizace. Prostřednictvím nestandardizovaného anonymního dotazníkového šetření byl realizován výzkum, na jehož základě je možné vytvořit přehled silných a slabých stránek vnímaných občany v bezpečnostní problematice města Kladna. Dotazníkové šetření a jeho následná analýza jsou popsány v empirické části práce. V této části jsou dále informace komparována s výzkumy souvisejícími s analyzovaným územím a také s bezpečnostní situací v jiných částech České republiky. V závěrečných kapitolách jsou zhodnoceny zjištěné informace, na základě nichž je možné navrhnout doporučení a opatření pro budoucí řešení dané problematiky.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is the security situation with a specific focus on the city of Kladno. The topicality of the topic is based on information and statistics related to research and projects carried out by the city of Kladno and the Police of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis is aimed at creating a comprehensive view of the discussed issue by defining basic concepts such as security, crime or public order. Attention is also paid to describing the analysed territory and defining the areas of development of the city. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the development of crime and on defining possible factors influencing this development. The theoretical part is concluded with the solution of preventive strategies in the field of security and description of their implementation. Through a non-standardised anonymous questionnaire survey, research was carried out on the basis of which it is possible to create an overview of the strengths and weaknesses perceived by citizens in the security issues of the city of Kladno. The questionnaire survey and its subsequent analysis are described in the empirical part of the thesis. In this part, the information is further compared with research related to the analysed area and also with the security situation in other parts of the Czech Republic. In the final chapters, the information found is evaluated, on the basis of which it is possible to propose recommendations and measures for the future solution of the given problem.
