Social networks as means of communication in the life of children in elementary schools

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komunikaci dětí dnešní doby v prostoru sociálních sítí a jejich působnosti na samotné vztahy a výchovu mládeže na vyšším stupni základních škol. Cílem práce je předložit témata a základní pojmy zkoumané problematiky a dále zjistit od žáků vyšších stupňů základních škol na Opavsku, zdali využívají ke své komunikaci převážně sociální sítě, jaká je jejich informovanost v souvislosti s kyberšikanou a jak elektronické komunikační prostředky ovlivňují jejich vztahy a chování. Výzkumným problémem je zranitelnost dětí v souvislosti s používáním internetu a sociálních sítích. Komunikace mezi lidmi je základním prostředkem dorozumění se a chci se pokusit zjistit, jak dnešní informatická doba ovlivňuje tuto komunikaci mezi dětmi na základě výzkumu, který je součástí této práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the communication of children in nowadays in cyber area social networks and their competence on the relationships of children at the upper secondary school. The aim of the thesis is to present the topics and basic concepts of the researched issue and to find out from pupils of higher schools in Opava whether they use mostly social networks for their communication, what is their awareness in relation to cyberbullying and how electronic means of communication influence their relationships and behavior. The research problem is the vulnerability of children in the use of the Internet and social networks. Communication between people is a basic means of understanding and I want to try to find out how today's computer science influences this communication among children based on the research that is part of this work.
