Abstract:

Tématem předkládané diplomové práce je Osobní asistence poskytovaná na území města Plzně - Analýza vztahů klientů a osobních asistentů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. Úvodní kapitola teoretické části je věnována vymezení výzkumného cíle. Následující část pojednává o modelech přístupu k lidem se zdravotním postiţením. Ve třetí kapitole se čtenář seznámí s charakteristikou osobní asistence. Je zde vymezena i její historie a to, jak mezinárodní, tak i její počátky v České republice. Další kapitola nás seznámi s povahou sociální práce s uživateli osobní asistence, kde jsou blíže vysvětleny pojmy osobní asistent a uživatel služby. Předposlední část práce je věnováná charakteristice manipulace. Poslední pojednává o nestátní neziskové organizaci Městská charita Plzeň, její historii a fungování osobní asistence. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou vztahů mezi osobními asistenty a uživateli služby osobní asistence poskytované Městskou charitou v Plzni. Informace pro šetření byly zjištěny z odpovědí uživatelů služeb za pomoci 3 výzkumných metod (strukturovaný rozhovor, kazuistiky uživatelů služby a analýzou dokumentů), na jejichž základě byla provedena analýza vzájemných vztahů. Pomocí analýzy byla zjištěna převažující spokojenost, ale i nedostatky. Z tohoto důvodu byla autorkou práce navržena určitá doporučení pro lepší budoucí fungování služby. Výsledky a doporučení šetření byly předány organizaci.

Abstract:

Subject of this thesis is The personal assistance provided by the City of Pilsen ? Analysis of relationships between clients and personal assistants. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The introductory chapters are devoted to defining the research objectives. The second part focuses on models of access to people with disabilities. The third chapter deals with a characteristic of personal assistance. Here is defined as the history of both international as well as its citizens in the Czech Republic. The next chapter introduces us to the nature of social work with users of personal assistance, which explaines the concept of personal assistants and service users. The penultimate section is addicted handling characteristics. The last chapter deals with the non-profit charity organization of the urban Pilsen, its history and operation of personal assistance. The practical part deals with the analysis of the relationship between personal assistants and users of personal assistance services provided by municipal charity in Pilsen. Information for survey were identified from the responses of service users with the help of three research methods (structured interview, case studies and analysis of user serv documents) on the basis of an analysis of the relationship. An analysis was found overwhelming satisfaction, but also weaknesses. For this reason, the author of the work proposed some recommendations for a better future operation of the service. Results and recommendations of the investigation were forwarded to the organization.
