Tato bakalářská práce objasňuje důvody, proč kvalitní zaměstnanci upřednostňují jiné zaměstnavatele a následně hledá způsob, jak tyto kvalifikované zaměstnance zaujmout a tím je i přesvědčit, aby o daném podniku jako o svém zaměstnavateli začali uvažovat. Následně prověřuje spokojenost stávajících zaměstnanců s podnikem jako zaměstnavatelem a objasňuje hlavní důvody jejich případné nespokojenosti. …more

This bachelor thesis explains the reasons why quality employees prefer other employers and then looks for ways to attract these qualified employees and thus convince them to start thinking about the company as their employer.
