Measuring Employee Satisfaction in a Selected Institution
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Na základě literární rešerše rozebírá konkrétní části týkající se lidských zdrojů, motivace, komunikace, odměňování a vzdělávání. Dále na základě realizace měření spokojenosti zaměstnanců analyzuje situaci ve vybrané organizaci, vyhodnocuje a doporučuje návrhy zlepšení.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with measuring of employee satisfaction in a selected organization. Based on the literary research, it analyzes specific parts related to human resources, motivation, communication, rewarding and education. Further based on realization measuring of employee satisfaction, it analyzes the situation in the selected organization, evaluates and recommends improvements.
