Program pro uchování a prezentaci proteomických dat z dvourozměrných gelů

Software for storage and presentation of proteomic data from 2-D gels
Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo navrhnout a implementovat webovou aplikaci, která umožní ukládat, prezentovat a interaktivně zpracovávat data získána během proteomických experimentů, záznamy gelů z dvourozměrné elektroforézy. Při tvorbě aplikace bylo použito několik klíčových technologií, jako například Java servlet, Spring Framework, Java Server Pages a databázový systém PostgreSQL.
Abstract:
Goal of this work was to design and implement web application, that will allow users to enter, present and interactively process data obtained during proteomic experiments, two dimensional electrophoresis records. There were several key technologies used in the application, for example Java servlet, Spring Framework, Java Server Pages and PostgreSQL database system.
