Bakalářská práce pojednává o ochraně osobnosti ve vztahu k fotografii. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak je fotograf omezen při fotografování osob v rámci zákonů platných v České republice a v jakých situacích může dojít k porušení ochrany osobnosti fotografované osoby.
