Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem hlavních rysů teploty vzduchu, relativní vlhkosti vzduchu a atmosférických srážek na účelové stanici v botanické zahradě PřF MU za období 2009–2019. Jejím cílem je charakterizovat specifické klima Botanické zahrady v městském prostředí Brna. Výsledky jsou porovnávány s hodnotami ve stejném období ze stanice Brno-Tuřany. Ve studovaném období na základě regresní analýzy rostla průměrná, maximální i minimální teplota vzduchu ve všech měsících i sezónách s výjimkou maximální teploty v září. Průměrná roční teplota roste statisticky významně o 1,8 °C/10 let. Vzhledem k omezené délce studovaného období byl k odhadu trendu a jeho statistické významnosti využit neparametrický Mann-Kendallův test a odhad velikosti trendu byl vypočítán pomocí Senovy metody. I přes obecný předpoklad nižších hodnot relativní vlhkosti vzduchu v městském prostředí byla v Botanické zahradě průměrná roční relativní vlhkost vzduchu o 6 % vyšší než na stanici Brno-Tuřany, zřejmě v důsledku přítomnosti vegetace a menších vodních ploch. V dlouhodobém chodu má relativní vlhkost vzduchu klesající tendenci. Srážkové úhrny byly vzhledem k nevyhřívanému srážkoměru analyzovány pouze v teplém půlroku (IV–IX) a průměrný úhrn nabýval na obou stanicích podobných hodnot. V dlouhodobém měřítku srážek výrazně ubývá, významněji v Botanické zahradě.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the description of the main features of air temperature, relative humidity and atmospheric precipitation at the purpose-built station in the botanical garden of the Faculty of Science, Masaryk University in the period 2009–2019. Its aim is to characterize the specific climate of the Botanical Garden in the urban environment of Brno. The results are compared with the values in the same period from the station Brno-Tuřany. During the studied period, based on regression analysis, the average, maximum and minimum air temperature increased in all months and seasons, with the exception of the maximum temperature in September. The average annual temperature increases statistically significantly by 1.8 ° C/10 years. Due to the limited length of the studied period, the non-parametric Mann-Kendall test and the estimation of the magnitude of the trend using the Sen method were used to estimate the trend and its statistical significance. Despite the general assumption of lower values of relative humidity in the urban environment, the average annual relative humidity in the Botanical Garden was 6% higher that the one measured at the Brno--Tuřany station, probably due to the presence of vegetation and smaller bodies of water. In long-term operation, the relative humidity has a decreasing tendency. Due to the unheated rain gauge, the precipitation totals were analyzed only in the warm half of the year (IV–IX) and the average total acquired similar values at both stations. In the long run, precipitation decreases significantly, more significantly in the Botanical Garden.
