Proposals to streamline the recruitment of new employees in a particular company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrhy zefektivnění náboru nových pracovníků. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny definice pojmů z oblasti získávání nových pracovníků, metody výběru pracovníků a nábor pracovníků. V praktické části se práce soustředí na firmu GESS – CZ s.r.o. V závěru diplomové práce jsou vypracovány návrhy na zefektivnění náboru nových pracovníků.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the recruitment of new employees. The theoretical part introduces definitions of terms from the sphere of recruitment, methods of selecting employees. The practical part is focused on the company GESS – Cz Ltd. A proposal to streamline the recruitment of new employees is made at the end of the thesis.
