Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit a zhodnotit úroveň znalostí hygienického minima u pracovníků stravovacích provozů. Práce byla rozdělena na dvě části. První část - teoretická, se zabývala platnou právní úpravou, která stanovuje pravidla a povinnosti pro stravovací provozy a jejich zaměstnance. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to determine and evaluate the level of knowledge of hygiene minimum for food handlers. The thesis was divided into two parts. The first part, theoretical, dealt with the valid legislation, which sets rules and obligations for catering operations and their employees.
