Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dohodami omezujícími hospodářskou soutěž. Těžištěm je klíčová legislativa v oblasti hospodářské soutěže, judikatura a rozhodovací praxe úřadů provádějících dohled v oblasti zakázaných dohod, tedy Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže a Evropské komise. This diploma thesis deals with agreements restricting competition. The focus is on the key competition legislation, case law and decision-making practice of supervisory authorities in the area of the prohibited agreements, ie the Office for the Protection of Competition and the European Commission.
