Tato diplomová práce pojednává o novém trestněprávním institutu dohody o vině a trestu, který byl do trestního řádu zakotven novelou trestního řádu provedenou záko-nem č. 193/2012 Sb., s účinností ke dni 1. 9. 2012. This thesis discussed the new standard law on criminal guilt and punishment, which was added to the Criminal Procedure Code of Criminal Procedure by the introduction of Act No. 193/2012 Coll., which took effect from 1st Septem-ber, 2012.
