The Legal Regulation of the Usage of Arms in Czechoslowakia in the years 1918 - 1945
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the legal regulation of the usage of arms by security forces in Czechoslovakia in 1918 - 1945. First part describes the status and development of security forces during this period. The second part focuses on the legislation of usage of arms by security forces in specific situations.
Abstract:
Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou právnej úpravy použitia zbrane bezpečnostnými zložkami na území Československa v rokoch 1918 – 1945. V prvej časti práce je popísaný stav a vývoj bezpečnostných zložiek v sledovanom období. Druhá časť práce sa zameriava na právnu úpravu použitia zbrane bezpečnostnými zložkami v konkrétnych situáciách.
