Tato diplomová práce se zabývá směnkou v aktuální právní úpravě a hlavně jejím praktickým uplatněním. Teoreticko-metodologická část diplomové práce popisuje vývoj a historii směnek, směnečného práva a charakterizuje směnku. This Diploma paper deals with Bill of Exchange in actual legal regulations and mainly with its practical use. Theoretical-metodological part of the Thesis describes development and history of Bills of Exchange, law of exchange, and characterizes Bill of Exchange.
