Current trends in Vitis vinifera and Vitis amurensis breeding

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálními trendy ve šlechtění révy vinné s révou amurskou. Práce byla zhotovena formou literární rešerše. Zprvu je popsána réva amurská. Následně vývoj šlechtění jak ve světě, tak na území České republiky. V dalších kapitolách a podkapitolách byly přiblížené státy, které se tomuto šlechtění věnují, a odrůdy. Poslední kapitola byla pojata jako praktická část. Byly zde vytvořené aromatické profily vybraných odrůd s „krví“ Vitis amurensis a Vitis vinifera. Tvorba aromagrafů probíhala senzoricky za účasti pěti degustátorů.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with current trends in grapevine breeding with Vitis amuresnis. The work was done in the form of a literature search. First, Vitis amurensis is described. Subsequently, the development of breeding both in the world and in the territory of the Czech Republic. In other chapters and subchapters, the states that are dedicated to this breeding and the varieties were described. The last chapter was conceived as a practical part. Aromatic profiles of selected varieties with the "blood" of Vitis amurensis and Vitis vinifera were created here. The creation of aromagraphs took place sensorially with the participation of five tasters.
