Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením vlastního vzdělávání učitelů mateřských škol. Cílem práce bylo zjištění aktuální situace v oblasti dalšího vzdělávání učitelů mateřských škol a následně navržení možnosti hodnocení vlastního vzdělávání. K naplnění cílů práce jsem zvolila teoretickou rešerši odborné literatury, která souvisí s danou problematikou. V metodické části je stanovena metoda sběru dat - dotazníkové šetření, kterého se účastnilo 180 respondentů. Díky němu jsem získala informace k následné komparaci s teoretickou částí. Při tomto srovnání došlo do jisté míry k rozdílným výsledkům. Odborná literatura předpokládala, že učitelé spíše nevyužívají k hodnocení vlastního vzdělávání vedení profesního portfolia, nýbrž samotní respondenti odpovídali pravý opak. V poslední kapitole práce "navržení možnosti hodnocení vlastního vzdělávání" vycházím především z literárních poznatků a výsledků dotazníkového šetření. Dle provedeného průzkumu navrhuji jako ideální nástroj k hodnocení vlastního vzdělávání vedení profesního portfolia, doplněného sebereflexivním deníkem. Přínos této práce shledávám především v sumarizaci možností hodnocení vlastního vzdělávání a zároveň v návrhu pro další průzkumné šetření týkající se právě profesních portfolií, jejich tvorby, obsahu, možností využití, a to opět komparací teoretického základu a informací získaných od samotných učitelů mateřských škol.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of own education of kindergarten teachers. In order to capture the term in a broader sense, I focus on the possibilities of further education and its subsequent evaluation. The aim of the work was to find out the current situation in the field of further education of kindergarten teachers and then to suggest the possibility of evaluating their own education. To fulfill the aims of the work, I chose a theoretical search of literature that is related to the issue. The methodological part sets out the method of data collection - a questionnaire survey, which was attended by 180 respondents. Thanks to this, I obtained information for subsequent comparison with the theoretical part. There were some different results in this comparison. The professional literature assumed that teachers rather do not use professional portfolio to evaluate their own education, but the respondents themselves answered the exact opposite. In the last chapter of the thesis "designing the possibility of evaluating one's own education" I am based primarily on literary knowledge and the results of a questionnaire survey. According to the survey, I suggest as an ideal tool for evaluating my own education the management of a professional portfolio, supplemented by a self-reflective diary. I find the benefit of this work mainly in summarizing the possibilities of evaluating one's own education and at the same time in the proposal for further exploratory research concerning professional portfolios, their creation, content, possibilities of use, again by comparing the theoretical basis and information obtained from kindergarten teachers.
