Abstract:

Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce „Česká pirátská strana a STAN pohledem populismu“ je hledání populistických prvků u stran, které nejsou považovány za tradičně populistické - Česká pirátská strana a Starostové a nezávislí. Práce se věnuje pojmu populismu a jeho možným interpretacím a teoriím různých autorů. Jsou zde popsány tři základní znaky populismu – lid, elita a charismatický lídr, stejně tak tři koncepty populismu, na základě kterých lze populismus chápat. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány hlavním aktérům této bakalářské práce, a to České pirátské straně a Starostům a nezávislým. Je zde zmíněn jejich původ, priority a hodnoty. V práci jsou zahrnuty volební programy obou uskupení pro volby do Poslanecké sněmovny v roce 2017, stejně tak i koaliční smlouva pro volby do Poslanecké sněmovny, které se uskuteční na podzim roku 2021 a do nichž vstupují oba subjekty jakožto koalice. Prostor je věnován i samotné koalici, konkrétně jejímu vývoji, prioritám a stručnému shrnutí základních programových bodů. Závěr práce je věnován identifikování populistických prvků. Pro analýzu slouží již zmíněné volební programy pro volby do PS v roce 2017, kde uskupení kandidovala ještě samostatně, koaliční smlouva, výroky a příspěvky na sociálních sítích.

Abstract:

The main topic of the Bachelor thesis “Czech Pirate Party and STAN from the perspective of the populism” is the search for populist elements in parties that are not considered traditionally populist – Czech Pirate Party and STAN. The Bachelor thesis deals with the concept of populism and its possible interpretations and theories by various authors. Three basic features of populism are described here – the people, the elite, and the charismatic leader, as well as three concepts of populism on the basis of which populism can be understood. Other chapters are devoted to the principal parties of this paper, namely Czech Pirate Party and STAN. The chapters are devoted to their origin, priorities, and values. The paper also includes the electoral programmes for the elections to the Chamber of Deputies in 2017, as well as the coalition agreement for the elections to the Chamber of Deputies which are to happen in autumn of 2021. Part of the paper is also dedicated to the coalition itself, specifically to its development, priorities, and brief summary of the basic programme topics. The conclusion is devoted to the identification of populist elements. The already mentioned elections programmes for the elections to the Chamber of Deputies in 2017, the coalition agreement, statements and posts on social media are used for the analysis.
