porovnání exekuce správní a soudní

Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním exekucí správní a exekucí soudní. Cílem této práce je vylíčení těchto dvou typů exekucí a jejich porovnání. Zaměřím se zde na detailní popis exekuce soudní, která se řídí občanským soudním řádem a exekučním řádem a na popis exekuce správní, kterou upravuje správní řád a daňový řád.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to compare the execution of court proceedings and execution administrative. Execution means the procedure when is realized right of observance, which was recognised by the court decision or other State authority. However, this fact was not provide voluntarily, therefore must be enforced by the resources of State power.
