Teoretická část bakalářské práce popisuje přípravu, kanylaci, ošetřovatelskou péči o centrální žilní katétr a možné související komplikace. The theoretical part of the thesis describes preparation, insertion and nursing care related to central venous catheter. It focuses also on possible complications. The research part of the thesis is focused on occurrence of central line associated infections in monitored time interval.
