Non-pharmacological Influence on the First Stage of Labour

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Nefarmakologické ovlivnění první doby porodní se dělí na dvě části, teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje samotný porod a jednotli-vé doby porodní, včetně činností, které porodní asistentka v konkrétní době zastává. Dále se věnuje porodní bolesti, popisu role porodní asistentky a hlavnímu tématu - nefarmako-logickým metodám analgezie využitelných v první době porodní. Praktická část je zaměře-na na výsledky kvantitativního průzkumného šetření prováděného formou dotazníkového šetření. Cílem průzkumného šetření je zjistit vliv nefarmakologických metod analgezie na průběh první doby porodní z pohledu rodičky s důrazem na hydroterapii. Dále zjistit, která metoda nefarmakologické analgezie je nejčastěji užívána v kombinaci s hydroterapií v průběhu první doby porodní a zjistit informovanost rodiček o nefarmakologických meto-dách analgezie. Výsledky průzkumného šetření jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů, dopro-vázeny slovním komentářem.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with non-pharmacological influence on the first stage of labour. The-sis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. Theoretical part describes all stages of labour, the labour itself and tasks performed by midwife during each stage. The following part deals with delivery pain, the role of midwife and the main topic of the thesis non-pharmacological techniques used in the first stage of labour. Practical part evaluates the results of quantitative research conducted in the form of a questionnaire sur-vey. Main objective of the survey is to determine the influence of non-pharmacological methods of pain relief in first stage of labour from the perspective of a woman in labour, with focus on hydrotherapy. Other objectives of the thesis are to find out, which non-pharmocological methods of pain relief is most commonly used in conjuncion with hydro-therapy during first stage of labour and to explore awareness of non-pharmacological met-hods of pain relief. Results are presented in form of tables and charts and accompanied with commentary.
