Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu konfliktu v Jemenu a snaží se odpovědět na otázku, zda se jedná o občanskou válku nebo zástupný konflikt. Prostřednictvím historického rozboru, analýzy účastníků a jejich motivací a charakteru konfliktu se práce snaží objasnit složitou dynamiku tohoto konfliktu. Cílem práce je formulovat hypotézu, která bude postavena na analýze faktů. Výsledkem této práce bude hlubší pochopení a objasnění povahy konfliktu v Jemenu, což může přispět k širší diskusi o mezinárodní politice a bezpečnosti v této oblasti. Zvolené téma je relevantní vzhledem k aktuální situaci v Jemenu a potřebě analyzovat roli vnitřních a vnějších faktorů v konfliktu.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on analyzing the conflict in Yemen and seeks to answer the question of whether it is a civil war or a proxy conflict. Through historical analysis, examination of the participants and their motivations, and characterization of the conflict, the thesis aims to elucidate the complex dynamics of this conflict. The goal of the thesis is to formulate a hypothesis based on factual analysis. The outcome of this thesis will be a deeper understanding and clarification of the nature of the conflict in Yemen, which may contribute to a broader discussion on international politics and security in the region. The chosen topic is relevant given the current situation in Yemen and the need to analyze the role of internal and external factors in the conflict.
