Cílem této práce je popis veřejné obchodní soutěže. V úvodní teoretické části se zabývá právními pojmy a zákony související s veřejnou obchodní soutěží. Následující teoretická část poté rozebírá nekalou soutěž v souvislosti s veřejnou obchodní soutěží. Praktická část se věnuje vyhlašující a soutěžící firmě v průběhu soutěže. The aim of this thesis is to describe public tender. The first theoretical part is dealing with concepts and laws related to the public tender.
