Unconditional Imprisonment in Czech Republic
Abstract:
Asi největším problémem souvisejícím s nepodmíněným trestem odnětí svobody v České republice je v současné době přeplněnost věznic se stále narůstající kriminalitou. V bakalářské práci je proto věnována velká pozornost teoretické i praktické části s cílem zaměřit se na možné chyby způsobující tento negativní společenský jev.
Abstract:
Perhaps the biggest problem related to unconditional imprisonment in the Czech Republic is currently overcrowded prisons with ever-increasing crime rate. That is why the bachelor work is mainly focused on theoretical and practical part in order to focus on possible mistakes causing this negative social phenomenon.
