Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na wellbeing učitelů z pohledu samotných ředitelů, co dělají a jak podporují wellbeing učitelů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, kde charakterizuji základní pojmy a empirickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje popis profese ředitele základní školy, náplň jeho profese a kompetence. The bachelor thesis focuses on teachers' wellbeing from the point of view of the principals themselves, what they do and how they support teachers' wellbeing. The work is divided into a theoretical part, where I characterize the basic concepts and the empirical part.
