Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je posouzení vybraných destinací z hlediska destinačního managementu a na základě jednotlivých analýz vytvořit návrh managementu destinace pro Českolipsko. Teoretická část je věnována popisu destinačního managementu, jeho vývoji a dalším prvkům, které s ním souvisí. Praktická část zahrnuje srovnání dvou destinací, a to Českého Krumlova a České Lípy. Na základě získaných informací jsouvytvořeny SWOT analýzy a návrh destinačního managementu pro region Českolipsko. Závěr praktické části je věnován doporučením pro obě města, která by měla přispět ke zlepšení a rozvoji destinace.

Abstract:

The main subject of this diploma thesis is to assess selected destinations in terms of destination management and to create a draft of the destination management for the Českolipsko region which will be based on the performed analysis. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on description of the destination management itself, it´sdevelopment and other elements that are related to this topic. Practical part contains the comparison of two destinations – Český Krumlov and Česká Lípa. On the basis of the obtained information the SWOT analysis and a draft of the destination managment for the Českolipsko region was made. The conclusion of the practical part is focused on the reccomendations for both cities which should help to the improvements and development of the particular destination.
