Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu zaměstnanosti absolventů škol pro jeho aktuálnost a potřebu prioritního řešení. Je zaměřena na vyhodnocení postavení současných absolventů, kteří postrádají zkušenosti a praxi a jen těžko se zapojují do trhu práce. Posuzuje konkrétně situaci v okrese Louny a odhaluje možná řešení prostřednictvím nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Vyzdvihuje činnost úřadů práce v oblasti sociálního marketingu, kdy se pomocí moderních principů snaží ovlivnit smýšlení a chování mladých lidí. V teoretické části vymezuje základní pojmy související s touto problematikou. Praktická část práce se věnuje zhodnocení analýzy dat charakterizujících situaci na trhu práce se zaměřením na absolventy. Práce dokazuje účinnost aktivit státu zaměřených na mladé uchazeče a potvrzuje nutnost spolupráce veřejného a soukromého sektoru.

Abstract:

My Bachelor’s thesis is devoted to the topic of the school-leavers´ employment rate due to its topicality and its prior need to be solved. The thesis is focused on the evaluation of current school-leavers´ position having a lack of work experience and being heavily integrated into the labour market. It specifically evaluates the situation in the district of Louny, and shows possible solutions through the active means of employment. It points out the activities of the labour offices in the field of social marketing, when it tries to affect thinking and acting of young people by means of modern principles. In the theoretical part, there are depicted the key concepts related to this issue. The practical part deals with the data evaluation analysis which characterizes the situation on the school-leavers´ labour market. The thesis demonstrates the efficiency of the government activities aimed on young job applicants, and confirms the necessity of the cooperation between the public and private sectors.
