Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována personálnímu controllingu ve vybrané organizaci. Objasňuje pojmy personální management, controlling a personální controlling, a také jsou zde popsány ukazatele, které již organizace sleduje. Dále se zabývá ukazateli, které by mohla organizace v budoucnu sledovat. Jedná se o ukazatele, jenž jsou zaměřeny na oblast vzdělávání a rozvoje.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with HR controlling in a chosen organization. It clarifies terms like Human Resources management, controlling, HR controlling. Monitored indicators in the organization are discribe here. Then we look at indicators that organization can follow in the future. The indicators concentrate on area of training and development.
