Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá standardizací práce vedoucích pracovníků, tzv. Business Team manažerů, ve společnosti Continental Automotive Czech Republic s.r.o. Práce je rozčleněna do tří částí. Teoretická část popisuje koncept a jednotlivé pilíře štíhlého podniku a dále vybrané metody optimalizace podnikových procesů, které řeší multidisciplinární obor průmyslové inženýrství. Podrobněji se práce zaměřuje na metody časových studií a standardizace práce vedoucích pracovníků, které jsou teoretickým základem pro návaznou analýzu a projekt. Praktická část práce představuje společnost Continental Automotive ve Frenštátě pod Radhoštěm, její výrobkové portfolio a postavení Business Team manažerů v rámci organizační struktury. Hlavním přínosem této části je detailní analýza organizace práce Business Team manažerů včetně zdůvodnění použité metodiky snímkování pracovního dne a popisu jednotlivých fází analýzy. Výstupy analýzy, která odhalila konkrétní oblasti plýtvání a rezerv, jsou interpretovány dle jednotlivých kategorií i subkategorií analyzovaných činností a následně shrnuty spolu s dalšími podněty Business Team manažerů k oblastem možných úspor. V projektové části práce jsou představeny dvě verze návrhu standardu práce Business Team manažerů včetně jejich detailního zdůvodnění a dalších 19 návrhů na řešení problémů a rezerv identifikovaných analýzou. Navržená nízkonákladová opatření si kladou za cíl především zefektivnění organizace práce manažerů, mají však dopad i na další pracovníky a celopodnikové procesy, které s uvedenými problémy souvisejí a je nutno je proto řešit souběžně se zavedením standardu. Součástí práce je také zhodnocení očekávaných přínosů a nákladů, analýza rizik a akční plán implementace výstupů, který stanovuje fáze, termíny a zodpovědnost při zavádění standardu a podpůrných opatření do praxe a jejich následnou aktualizaci tak, aby byla zajištěna dlouhodobá udržitelnost výstupů tohoto projektu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the Leader Standard Work of so-called Business Team Managers in the company Continental Automotive Czech Republic Ltd. The work is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes the concept and the individual pillars of a lean enterprise and further the selected methods of optimizing business processes, which are solved by a multidisciplinary branch of industrial engineering. In more detail the work focuses on the methods of time study and Leader Standard Work, which are the theoretical basis for the follow-up analysis and the project. The practical part of the work introduces the company Continental Automotive in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm, its product portfolio and the position of Business Team Managers in the framework of the organization structure. The main contribution of this part is a detailed analysis of the work organization of Business Team managers including a justification of the used method of stopwatch time study and a description of the different phases of the analysis. The output of the analysis that revealed concrete areas of waste and reserves is interpreted according to the individual categories and subcategories of the analyzed activities and subsequently summarized together with other suggestions of the Business Team Managers in the field of possible savings. The project part of the work introduces two versions of a proposal for work standard of Business Team Managers including their detailed justification and further 19 suggestions for solving the problems and reserves identified by the analysis. The proposed low-cost measures are primarily intended to make the work organization of the managers more efficient, but also have an impact on other workers and companywide processes that are related to the mentioned problems and therefore have to be solved together with the standard implementation. The work also includes an evaluation of the expected benefits and costs, a risk analysis and an output implementation action plan determining the phases, terms and responsibility for introducing the standards and supporting measures into practice and their subsequent updating in order to ensure a long-term sustainability of the output of this project.
