Cílem této bakalářské práce je srovnávání anglických a českých frazémů, které se týkají částí lidského těla. Idiomy jsou na základě kritérií podle funkčního ekvivalence rozděleny do čtyř kategorií. Nejdůležitější pro určení podobnosti je sémantická, formální a stylistická rovina. Na základě těchto rovin jsou idiomy podrobeny analýze a jejich rozbor je okomentován. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to compare English and Czech idioms concerning parts of a human body. Idioms are divided into four categories on the basis of the functional equivalency. The most crucial for classification is the similarity on the semantic, formal and stylistic level. On the basis of these levels the idioms are analysed and their analysis is commented.
