Aspects of the use of teaching methods in the teaching of practical teaching

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza výukových metod v odborném vzdělávání oboru Truhlář. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda se nedá něco změnit nebo upravit u výu-kových metod v tomto oboru, aby absolventi získali dostačující znalosti pro samo-statné vykonávání práce. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretická a praktická. V teoretické části jsou rozebírány klíčové kompetence, technické a praktické do-vednosti a didaktické metody. Dále jsou představeny dva pedagogické přístupy k výuce – transmisivní a konstruktivistický, a pedagogický přístup Badatelská orien-tovaná výuka. V poslední kapitole jsou prezentovány výukové metody v odbor-ném výcviku a způsoby jejich použití ve výuce. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výukové metody zasezeny do jednoho výukového dne se stejným tématem a roze-psané, jak by tento den vypadal.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of teaching methods in vocational education in the field of carpentry. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether something can be changed or modified in the teaching methods in this field so that the graduates gain sufficient knowledge to perform their work in a self-sufficient manner. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part discusses key competences, technical and practical skills and didactic methods. Furthermore, two pedagogical approaches to teaching are pre-sented - the Transmissive and the Constructivist, and the Research-Oriented Tea-ching pedagogical approach. The last chapter presents teaching methods in vocati-onal training and how they are used in teaching. In the practical part, the teaching methods are presented seeded into one teaching day with the same topic and bro-ken-down how this day would look like.
