Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na počítačové programy a zejména na jejich současnou právní úpravu, včetně krátkého exkurzu do historie. Uvádím několik příkladů z praxe a nalezené judikatury. Stručně seznamuji čtenáře se základní terminologií technických pojmů. Dále jej obeznamuji se stávajícími zákony a mezinárodními smlouvami. In my bachelor work I focus on computer programmes and especially on current legislation including a brief digression to history. I describe a few examples I have dealt with in practice and found within the practice of the courts. I briefly introduce the basic technical terminology.
