Implementation of healthy eating habits for tourism and hospitality employees
Abstract:
This thesis deals with healthy eating and its implementation in tourism. The aim is to raise the standard and quality of food served for employees in the tourism industry. Work is being done on the method of research. It is getting the best employee satisfaction with catering, subsequent changes at trying to improve the quality of food and the subsequent Postes finds what effect the changes made.Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá zdravím stravovaním a jeho implementáciou v cestovnom ruchu. Snahou je zvýšiť štandard a kvalitu podávaných pokrmov pre zamestnancov v cestovnom ruchu. Práca je robená na spôsob výskumu. Zisťuje sa v nej spokojnosť zamestnancov so stravovaním, následné zmeny stravovania sa snažia zlepšiť kvalitu jedál a následný postest zisťuje, aký účinok mali uskutočnené zmeny.
