Reform of the pension scheme in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu důchodového systému v ČR. Samotná práce je rozdělena do 5 částí, kdy se první část zabývá sociálním zabezpečením a jeho celkovou úvodní charakteristikou. Další text uvádí jednak problematiku důchodového systému a také důchodového pojištění v ČR. Třetí část se zabývá zahraničními důchodovými reformami, tedy tím, jak se s problémem důchodové reformy potýkaly zahraniční státy. V další, nejrozsáhlejší části je provedena celková analýza současného důchodového systému v ČR. Jsou zde poukázány vlivy, které vedou k nutnosti důchodové reformy, obsahuje také dosavadní návrhy na řešení důchodové reformy a také zhodnocení důchodových reforem v zahraničí tak, jak bylo uvedeno v předchozí kapitole. Závěrečná kapitola se věnuje moţnostem dalšího zajištění příjmu pro občany v poproduktivním věku.

Abstract:

The project is focused on the analysis of the pension system in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into 5 parts, the first part deals with social security and its overall initial response. Another text states the issues of the pension system and pension insurance in the Czech Republic. The third part deals with foreign pension reforms, therefore, how the problem of pension reform encountered foreign countries. In another, the largest part the overall analysis of the current pension system in the Czech Republic, are remitted to the effects that lead to the need for pension reform also includes the current proposals to reform pensions and the value of pension reforms in foreign countries, as stated in the previous chapter . The final chapter is devoted to the possibilities of funding additional revenue stream for citizens in the retirement age.
