Záměrem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat problematiku přepravy zkazitelného zboží. Součástí práce jsou také návrhy pro zkvalitnění celého logistického řetězce. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the problem of transport of perishable goods. Part of the thesis is also proposals for improving the whole logistic chain.
