Předmětem bakalářské práce "Aplikace nástrojů ekonomického řízení v koncernové skupině" je rozbor jednotlivých nástrojů ekonomického řízení (netting, plánování, Sarbanes-Oxley, reporting) a jejich využití v koncernu, potažmo v podniku.
