Abstract:

Účelem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit návrh podnikatelského plánu pro založení firmy na výrobu a prodej ochranných pomůcek, který má být vypracován tak, aby mohl sloužit jako podklad pro jeho realizaci. Cílem práce je prověřit předběžnou životaschopnost podniku a pomoci tak podnikateli posoudit výhodnost realizace tohoto plánu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část vymezuje základní charakteristiky a další teoretické poznatky související s podnikatelskou činností a podnikatelským plánem. Praktická část je věnována tvorbě konkrétního podnikatelského plánu a jeho následnému vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

The purpose of this thesis is to draft a business plan for a company manufacturing and selling protective equipment. The plan should be created in such a way as to serve as a basis for its implementation. The aim of the thesis is to examine the preliminary viability of the business, helping the entrepreneur to assess the profitability of the plan´s implementation. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the basic characteristics and other theoretical findings that pertain to entrepreneurship and business planning. The practical part is devoted to the creation of a concrete business plan and its subsequent evaluation.
