Creating the optimal business plan for a Prague Kindergarten

Abstract:

Starting a new business can be an intimidating task, with many challenges and uncertainties to navigate. A business plan is a crucial instrument for a business that will be established, providing a roadmap for success and a clear understanding of the future vision. This thesis begins by identifying why an entrepreneur needs a business plan and then explains the importance of the business plan for the financiers. Following, the company type is selected, strategic analyses are done and risks are mentioned. This thesis explores the necessary elements for a business plan that leads the entrepreneur toward success, and It investigates the feasibility and viability of an international kindergarten to be established in Prague.
