The Imprisonment – Legal and Penological Aspects
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce přibližuje mezinárodní a ústavní postavení výkonu trestu odnětí svobody v systému trestního práva České republiky s aspekty a požadavky na dodržování základních lidských práv a svobod. Zmiňuje podmínky výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, některé současné problémy českého vězeňství a uvádí možná východiska z této situace.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis outlines the international and constitutional status of imprisonment in the criminal law system of the Czech Republic with aspects and the requirements to respect basic human rights and freedoms. It mentions the conditions of imprisonment, some current problems of the czech prison service and sets out possible ways out of this situation.
