Abstract:
Práce se věnuje odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou veřejnou mocí, konkrétně historii tohoto institutu, jeho ústavním základům a platné právní úpravě. Rovněž se věnuje odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou zákonodárnou činností a odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou porušením komunitárních závazků.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the issues of liability for damages in relation to discharge of public authorities’ functions. It focuses on Czech legislature and Communitarian obligations of the Czech republic.
