Abstract:

V této práci jsem se zabýval marginálními skupinami z pohledu českých parlamentních stran v letech 2013 - 2016. V tomto období jsem sledoval, jak je problematika marginálních skupin diskutována a řešena a půdě Parlamentu. Cílem mé práce bylo zjistit, jak na marginální skupiny nahlíží a jaké řešení volí české parlamentní strany, respektive jejich zástupci v Poslanecké sněmovně a Senátu Parlamentu České republiky. Teoretická část se věnuje marginálním skupinám v české společnosti. Zde jsou diskutovány příčiny, proč některé osoby podléhají procesu marginalizace a jsou tak odsouvány na okraj společnosti. V praktické části jsem analyzoval originální stenoprotokoly z Poslanecké sněmovny a stenozáznamy ze Senátu, kde jsou zaznamenány průběhy jednotlivých schůzi. Projevy členů Poslanecké sněmovny a Senátu jsem analyzoval a systematicky zpracovával tak, aby ze segmentovaných projevů vzešel souvislý text, který bude mít požadovanou vypovídající hodnotu o tom, jak je k marginálním skupinám přistupováno a jaká jsou navrhována řešení této problematiky.

Abstract:

In this thesis, I dealt with the marginal groups from the perspective of Czech parliamentary parties in the years 2013-2016. In this period, I watched how the problems of marginal groups are discussed and solved in the Parliament. The aim of my thesis was to find out how Czech parliamentary parties, especially their representatives in the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate, look upon the marginal groups and how they deal with this specific problem. The theoretical part focuses deals with the marginal groups in Czech society. This part discusses the reasons why some people succumb to the process of marginalization and thus excluded to the edge of society. In practical part I researched and analysed the original stenographic reports of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate, where the duration of individual meetings is recorded. Then I analysed the various speeches of Members and systematically processed, so that the segmented speeches came to a coherent text, which would have the desired predictive value of how marginal groups were treated and what were the solutions of solving these issues.
